After seeing the magic long sword I'm totally going for a magic playthrough on my first run.
Something irks me about animations in Dark Souls II, I just don't know how to explain it, it's like the animations are "smoother" but the transition between said animation is jerky, so it's an odd mix. Maybe it seems weird to me because I'm not playing it.
That backstab animation was awful, but everything else seems so juicy and simply enjoyable I can't even hold it against them.
