I just got this mouse today, I already love it. My favorite feature is the on-board memory, which is great for switching between photoshop, facepunch, gmod, etc. It looks sleek too, check out this sexy motherfucker. If anyone else out there has this awesome mouse, post the pros and cons about it. For me, it's all pros, no cons.
It looks extremely uncomfortable. Should I get this or a G5?
The G5 is probably better for smaller hands, but for big hands like me, this is by far the most comfortable mouse I have come by.
I was thinking of getting this just for the e-peen factor. I'm in dire need of a new mouse anyway.
my previous mouse was the G5, but it broke. both of them are very good mice. the only reason i got the g9x was because it was bigger and more comfortable for my hand.
That looks extremely uncomfortable and cluttered with buttons.
Apparently it is more comfortable than it looks - almost all parts of this model are adjustable, like the palm rest, thumb rest, pinkie rest etc.

I'm in dire need of a new mouse anyway.
my friend has one of those, i think it is the most useless mouse made by logitech. it's just too bulky. (i don't like things sticking out in random places :P)
I love my Mamba. Expensive as anything but oh so sexy :)
That looks extremely uncomfortable and cluttered with buttons.
It's actually entirely customizable. The cluttered look comes from all the knobs used to adjust it to fir your hand perfectly. You can never have too many buttons... I also want it badly, but the price :byodood:
I was gonna get the saitek one, but then It wasn't worth paying 90 dollars for movable parts and just got the cyborg v3 for 20 bucks.
I love my Mamba. Expensive as anything but oh so sexy :)
i was looking at that today, but i decided it was too small for me.
my friend has one of those, i think it is the most useless mouse made by logitech. it's just too bulky. (i don't like things sticking out in random places :P)
Try again. [editline]11:01PM[/editline] ugh automerge
Try again.
hmmm i will try it again, i didn't know that the knobs adjusted the mouse's shape/size. rate me boxes for that >< still, even if it is extremely comfortable and fully customizable, the price is just too high.
my friend has one of those, i think it is the most useless mouse made by logitech. it's just too bulky. (i don't like things sticking out in random places :P)
It isn't made by Logitech. [editline]03:06AM[/editline]
hmmm i will try it again, i didn't know that the knobs adjusted the mouse's shape/size. rate me boxes for that >< still, even if it is extremely comfortable and fully customizable, the price is just too high.
And I think it even comes with a little toolkit to replace parts of the mouse if it's too bulky or small or anything.
It isn't made by Logitech.
oh gawd... for some reason i thought i saw it on the logitech website. here come more boxes.... :downs:
oh gawd... for some reason i thought i saw it on the logitech website. here come more boxes.... :downs:
That's what I was trying to get at by "try again." :P Also you get 30x more respect instantly by changing your avatar.
Also you get 30x more respect instantly by changing your avatar.
true, i have been meaning to do it, but i have been too lazy :v: [editline]09:17PM[/editline] there i got an avatar :P
That looks extremely uncomfortable and cluttered with buttons.
I thought it looked uncomfortable when I saw my mates and then I tried it and it is unbelievably comfortable.
I have one as well OP and it's honestly the most comfortable mouse I've ever used. I have average sized hands and I feel like it's absolutely perfect for me. Maybe its a little small though but thats it.
It looks extremely uncomfortable. Should I get this or a G5?
You should get a G500, as it's the successor to the G5, is better than both the G5 and MX518, and doesn't cost much more than an MX518.
[img_thumb]http://localhostr.com/files/e066a8/IMAG0231.jpg[/img_thumb] I love it so much. Had it for a bloody long time now and I've had no problems with it other than the other day the scrollwheel didnt work. Dust had got in the sensor so I attacked it with canned air and it's good as new. [editline]06:39PM[/editline] Actually I tell a lie. I have the G9, not the G9x (whatever is different is beyond me) Still love it.
g500 aaaaall day represent g500 brothers
I have a G9 but I didn't pay, won it in a contest along with a G19. Best keyboard and mouse combo I have ever owned.
I hate my deathadder G500 or mx518?
I hate my deathadder G500 or mx518?
G500 - it's so much better for the price.
It looks extremely uncomfortable. Should I get this or a G5?
oh dear god it is. I bought one of these about a month ago.. Very uncomfortable for casual internet activities such as porn and browsing forums. other than that, I found it to be an incredible gaming mouse. The price tag is steep, I got mine for $75, and I thought that was just pretty steep.
I got mine for $75, and I thought that was just pretty steep.
i got mine for $69 at best buy, they had them on sale as a hot sale.
I like my Trust gaming mouse. Only £20.
I don't know for how long I had my mx518 now bug god i love it.
I got a G9 aswell :D They're awesome.
