Pictures/Videos screwed up

I can't really explain it besides the pictures I have

I have reinstalled 3 times and it keeps coming back. Started 2 weeks ago.

Is it possible my external hard drive has a virus on it?

Incorrect. Print screen directly captures what is being sent to the monitor. Artifacts or not.

it's not a gpu problem.

I just played wow for like an hour
no issue.

I can play games no issues, its just sometimes with picz

This kind of stuff happens when jpegs have some corrupted data in them. Maybe it's your internet connection fucking up?
