Games in Borderless Fullscreen Windowed run like shit.

A little bit ago, I noticed that Shadow Warrior 2 was running like shit, then I switched to exclusive fullscreen and it ran fine.

Just recently though, I noticed that Superhot was running terribly as well, however that game doesn't have a exclusive fullscreen mode, and I don't feel like playing it windowed.

My Specs:
[B]Windows 10[/B]
[B]Intel Core i7-4970K @ 4 GHz (normal clock speed)[/B]
[B]16 GB of RAM[/B]
[B]Nvidia GTX 970[/B]

EDIT: This is a problem with normal windowed as well.

EDIT#2: Huh, now it's fine all of a sudden, though I think the thread should be kept open just in case it fucks up again.

As a mitigation for Superhot, apparently pressing Alt-Enter enabled Exclusive Fullscreen
They are the regular keys for fullscreen, and a majority of titles I've used do not have a shortcut for borderless, as the shortcut only toggles between windowed, or excl. fullscreen
