In GTA4 I crash several minutes in game. In source games I would sometimes crash to desktop and I would have to restart since all the graphics are fucked up. It got even worst when I started compiling my source map vrad would crash and if the map still loads I'll see multiple graphical errors. Anyway I can't see it being the graphics card since I just bought it last week to replace my 460 gtx that was apparently having the same problems. I tried reinstalling video card drivers and uninstalling old ones.

COOLER MASTER 650watt PSU
MSI 870-G45 AM3 AMD 770 ATX AMD Motherboard
AMD Phenom II X4 955 Black Edition
HIS 6870 1GB
G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1600 (PC3 12800)
I still need some suggestions on how to fix this. This issue is annoying me a lot.
