I was honestly expecting those numbers to be a lot higher [editline]4th February 2014[/editline] and if it makes you feel any better, only [I]7[/I] people (Google) were actively watched by the government in 2012. The rest were search warrants.. interesting.
I don't suppose that these count the NSA skimming major backbone cables for bulk data?
