Good.
It's about time.
Soon google docs wont work at all at school.
Soon google docs wont work at all at school.
Oh no they'll have to install Chrome!
Shit gotta get FF4 then :-( Don't make me do this google. owait I have 3.6, I'm fine.
Now stop supporting XP and we're all set. I expect someone to bitch, but I don't give a fuck. Deal with it, your OS is shit.
im glad of this because it forces the schools and workplaces to update maybe whilst updating they will swap from IE to a better browser

"As a result, from 1 August, Google will only support what it calls "modern browsers". By this it means the latest versions and major prior releases of Chrome, Firefox, Internet Explorer and Safari." Opera? I'm going to be so pissed off if they stop supporting Opera
hi
stfu
stfu
so much hate
I'd have updated months ago if I could afford it.
I'd have updated months ago if I could afford it.
same, but these kids that are offered every single thing they cry for by their parents can hardly understand the value of money.
Tech support showered with malfunction reports.
sticking with XP because you already have it is fine, but refusing to upgrade when you can afford it / getting a modern build is what's ignorant
But the latest Firefox SUCKS. It's a Chrome ripoff. If I wanted Chrome, I'd use Chrome. Which I sorta do for my porn browsing. Oh well, I'll have to be using other browsers soon I guess.
Free standards they make everything better
It's about time. I love Google for doing this. I just hope it doesn't turn into everyone switching to some shit engine like Bing to search instead of updating their browser. It's a shame many companies and schools are still using IE 7.

I will be proud if they lock out Internet Explorer 6-8, then my whole school will complain :v:
Hopefully my school will fucking FINALLY stop using the oldest IE possible. :colbert:
Everyone turned to hating xp, what's the deal? It's old, but it's always been a good OS. Why do you even care what fucking operating system they have?
xp is the most reliable OS. The only reason I don't use it is because W7 has more features and just looks better. [editline]3rd June 2011[/editline] not to mention it's old....real old.
Oh no they'll have to install Chrome!
The problem is they'll refuse to update everything and we'll be stuck with nothing. At least, thats how it is here.
Now stop supporting XP and we're all set. I expect someone to bitch, but I don't give a fuck. Deal with it, your OS is shit.
what the fuck no it isn't it's just old as shit xp remains the most stable and usable os for windows based systems [editline]3rd June 2011[/editline] attn google if you're going to bitch about being held back perhaps you should actually enable apngs like pretty much every other browser did 3 years ago
This should get people to start using modern browsers so developers can start using CSS3 without compatibility issues.
same, but these kids that are offered every single thing they cry for by their parents can hardly understand the value of money.
Yes, none of us have worked for anything we own.
