I will say that their facial animations and texturing looks extremely realistic and well-made.
It's like they barely bothered optimizing. At times I get sub 20 FPS and this is coming from a GTX 980 and a decent CPU.

Yeah some people are fine, some not. Before refunding a purchase due to shoddy performance, wait until the devs say they are aware of the issues and see if they will releases patches shortly after release that alleviate the issues.
I dont understand this. COD was for me the same game from MW2 on. Just some features added and updated.
