I bought a tablet two weeks ago.I don't know why the tablet can't use English language.I have sent an email to them and they said the tablet has to be updated. I am a totally idiot on high-tech products. Can someone give me some simple processes.

did you try changing the language in settings?
All are Chinese there. I try to do that following the logo.I failed.I wonder if I can grab a Chinese passerby to help me.
does it have a USB plug? can't find the manufacturer website so I can't be of great help, sorry.

well I'm hoping it has fastboot or some sort of OEM recovery mode to allow flashing new updates
but to find out if it exists and get the update or anything requires a manual or a manufacturer's website so....
