I think they deserve it too, my speeds as well as my neighbors got tanked pretty hard just 3 months ago. Got lots of buffering with high pings at strange times. I've called up Spectrum at least 13 different times in the past few months. The techs came by and couldn't even determine what our problems even were, still having them unfortunately.
I have a 200/20 Download/upload I was promised but I had gotten shot down to 60 Download or 7 upload for no reason. Now the problem is not the download and upload but the absurdly slow connection we are getting, high pings through command prompt and ping test, but now speed tests keep showing perfect connection despite how slow it is to even do a speed test (It used to be quicker before the change).
I'll send people a sample of the speed tests I've conducted through PM during the time my connection was getting torn to pieces if you ask for it since it's not allowed for me to post speed tests on the board publicly (or that's what I remembered from a while back)
I got a 10 mbps bump from TWC when they merged. Even though it's listed as 60mbps I get 70-78mbps.
Is it just bad in that are? Because I've had it up in holland and have it down in DFW and have had no issues with slow speeds. It maybe went out once or twice for an hour tops, but never have had any other problems. I actually get a little more than 60 unlike att which failed to deliver even 25% of the "promised" overpriced speed.

I got nothing here from the merge. Still have 24 down 1.5 up. Though it has been more stable for myself recently. Used to get terrible slow downs every time it would rain for the longest time.
I actually get about the 100 Mbs I'm supposed to on average, and at times it can spike all the way to 130/140 Mbs for some reason. On the flip side, it will randomly shit out for no reason at random times on any day of the week.

How are you supposed to be getting 200/20 Mbs and how much does that cost? Only service I'm aware they offer over our 100, which they don't even list, is the 300/10 Mbs for businesses.

My area qualified for TWC MAXX, which bumped up our speeds around when google planned to set fibre up in my city.

The internet service of getting 200 Mbps Down and 20 Mbps up costs us about $65/mo (or $76.15/mo with tax and a fee) according to a bill I just found from Spectrum.

And the website displays for TWC's plan for 100 Mbps down and 10 Mbps up is like $50/mo according to my zip code.

They upgraded me to the 200/20 from my 100/10 service for free ($50/month). I just never see anything faster than 150/12Mb.

I think the speed test rule was only for a specific thread, ask a mod about it
