I would have bought this game but even if I wanted to after the price tag announcement, I can't because it's a Shitbox One exclusive.

Would be cool if the DLC was more like Battlefield's, and less like normal F2P games.
Judging from the gameplay videos, this looks pretty fun and it would suck if it had pay to win shit, but I doubt it considering that it's being sold for 30/40 bucks.

Titanfall isn't an XBLA sized title and is a AAA production, not a crossover.

Or L4D, which doesn't have a singleplayer and was at least $80 here on release (it has bots but if that qualifies as singleplayer then games like Counter-Strike would be singleplayer).

Well that makes it worse, because Garden Warfare has both the four player co-op and 24 player deathmatch. And I wouldn't really say L4D is a singleplayer game because it has bots (and the offline games against bots and online games are the exact same anyways). Can we say that TF2 is singleplayer because it has that offline bot match mode?

Just saying the comparison between L4D and CS doesn't make a whole lot of sense, I agree this game should have singleplayer and the only reason I could think of for it is because they're too lazy to make AI plants.
