[b]SOLVED[/b]
[b]I found out what the problem was it was hardware acceleration if anyone else has the same problem what you have to do is right click on the video go to settings and go to display and deselect "enable hardware acceleration" and refresh it should then work![/b]
All videos I watch have half the screen divided by a translucent green line and underneath the line is a 3D enabled version of the video and at first I thought it was just youtube but from the looks of it it happens on all sites. Anyone else having/had this problem in the past?

Thanks for the response and I never though of that but updating the flash player did not work thank you though. I am sure it will solve itself over time.
Are your video drivers up to date, and have you tried it on other browsers

Sorry for the long response but ya before I posted this thread I downloaded google chrome and the exact same thing happened so it is either youtube or my computer. Strange thing about it is that fact that I have not downloaded really anything for a while now and have not gotten any add ons.
