I been trying to get punk buster to work with Battlefield 2142 but it just fails and kicks me with a black message. Try'd everything nothing seems to work.
Who else has issues with this horrible program stooping them play their favourite sever?

Punkbuster is the biggest mistake developers can make.
I know what you're going through - I've had so many problems with PB in the past.
VAC all the way. Punk Buster just gets in the way. It's like the Securom of anti-cheat.

I despise Punkbuster. In CoD4 multiplayer, it used to kick me when I started doing well because it thought I was hacking. Bleck. VAC all the way.

I hate punkbuster. Kicks for random things like missing packets and whatnot.
It's pretty shitty. Developers should abandon it for VAC instead.
