Help me with my build Facepunch!

I will need:

-All computer parts
-No OS is needed
-We're going to go to Best Buy to get a monitor, mouse, keyboard, and speakers, so not needed unless there is a good deal on Newegg.

I will use it for:

-Source games
-Some GTA IV, Crysis, etc.
-Sony Vegas and After Effects, but not enouch to warrant a x6 or a 2600k
-Possibly Hackintosh

Total budget is maximum $600 with everything.

Anyways, this is my desk, clean, before anything came, with some spare parts I will be using on it:

First, we picked up the 2500k and the Gigabyte motherboard from Micro Center.

There would be a picture here if I knew how to get it off my camera. Long story.

Then, from the tracking info from Newegg, I thought that either my case or my monitor would come along with my big box of everything else. But that wasn't the case. Whatever.

That's what I was thinking to. When I put research parts, I usually look for motherboards with 2 PCIE slots. And the motherboard I picked out for the Intel build seems to have a lot of good features for the price.

Then what is a good PSU that will support the 2500k and the 465 in budget?

Oh, I was looking for a modular one. But it doesn't matter. And I was also looking for one that could support 2x 470s but I couldn't find one.

I'm just trying to get the most for my money. A GTX 465 which has the potential of being unlocked to a 470 for $99 and a P67 for $60 is a pretty nice deal. I was trying to find a PSU that would support 2 gtx 465s in SLI, but that isn't going to happen.
