It's largely because of the weapon and hairstyle and the eyeliner , but i'm seeing the female boss from Deus Ex Human Revolution is this charcter design.

Since everyone has some kind of robot part on them, she could just throw out status effects like slowing or make aiming harder.

I was about to open my mouth to rebut you and then I looked at the actual character list. Holy fucking shit, everybody has either robo-limbs in some capacity, or some kind of really powerful tech.

Also, Sombra looks like a Saint's Row 3 character. Look at her for a second. Get some Decker vibes from her. Or a Shadowrun PC.

I think Roadhog is the only character without any robo-limbs or high tech weaponry/gadgets. Maybe Hanzo too, but I'm not really sure if his legs are prosthetic or not.

Hanzo's arrows are crazy future tech though
