• Router Issues - devices won't maintain connection

My router (Cisco model DPC3825 if it helps anyone) seems to be having issues with all my devices. The connection seems consistently solid, and as long as i don't actually try to do anything with them, my devices will always show constant connectivity to the internet. However, if I try to actually do anything I have to fight just to get a few MB to download consecutively. For example, I can start a download on my Vita no problem, but it within 5 minutes the download slows to nothing until it just says that there was an error connecting to the PS Network, but I'll be able to restart the download no problem. My phone has to have the connection settings reset before trying to browse, and even then it's pretty sketchy, and updating my WiiU is next to impossible as I have to do it a few MB at a time, it seems. This doesn't seem to be the case with computers though, as I bring my work laptop home all the time and work online without issue, so I presume the signal/connection itself is just fine. Any thoughts?
Have you tried locally? It might just be your interwebz
