At my first, my PC was actually kinda fast and would run games i play like tf2 and half life 2 on med settings with decent framerate.
Now, it struggles to open google chrome.
A few minutes ago i closed all my programs down, closed all unnecessary programs running in the background and left it for 5 minutes, this is how much CPU usage there was:

And here's my specs:

Any suggestions to speed it up?
Post a screenshot of the processes list, sorted by CPU activity. Make sure "Show processes from all users" is checked.
Possibly try running a virus scan.
Here is my processes list, And i will run a scan now.

EDIT: I only have one google chrome window open with one tab, and it was on facepunch, Why is there several processes for it?

If you have adblock and other addons, it'll be for that reason I believe.

Ahhh ok, thanks.
When the scan finishes i'm going to open up my PC and clean out any dust.
1. Go to C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService\AppData\Local\ ,delete all Font*.dat and reboot your PC.
2. AVG is running, AVG is pretty awful. You should get rid of it and get MSE.

I have a sub for norton 360/Internet security, but everyone says it's crap.
And ok.
Whatever, it doesn't matter. Just make sure they're not both installed. If you want to keep AVG make sure it's scheduled to run in the middle of the night, or whenever you're not using your PC.

My D drive now says 300gb remaining out of 301gb And my PC is running surprisingly faster as i have also removed a bunch of programs that kept running in the background on the tray.
Tomorrow i'm gonna remove a bunch more stuff on my C drive, thanks anyway guys.
