I was pouring some cold, nearly frozen blood into a bowl to give to the dog and I figured that I'd heat it in the microwave for the scent to get stronger.
About 20 seconds in I took it out, it was all a white/brown goo.
At first I thought it was the fat but fat turns into liquid when warm and goo when cold, not the opposite.
I tried googling a bit about why this was, but I couldn't find anything about it, anyone care to explain what the hell happened to my blood?
What kind of dog do you own
You're giving your dog blood?
Do you have a fucking vampire dog or something? Good god.
Maybe the blood just got excited?
Time travel.

I'm a human, I don't like blood nor do I need it, why would I keep it for myself?

She's a mix between rottweiler, bull mastiff and german shepherd.

At a(n educated) guess, I'd suspect that you denatured all the cells and caused them to rupture, spilling their contents, at the same time as you denatured the iron pigmentation and cooked off the blood plasma (leaving some kind of residue), leaving some discoloured goo instead of blood.
More importantly - why the hell are you giving your dog blood to drink?
It's probably the red blood cells being fried and the denaturalisation of the proteins carried by the blood plasma.
You may well have separated the blood from the plasma. If that is the case, that's pretty damn impressive. Have you checked your microwave for any hidden medical centrifuges lately?
EDIT:
Ninja'd out the ass.

You know, it did actually kind of look like blood plasma, that's quite possible.
But I had no clue that a microwave would do that.
I gave it to her because she seems to like blood mixed with her food.
Why the hell do you have refrigerated blood in the first place?

First time I've ever heard of it, and I've worked in biology labs. I suspect someone must've done it though.
And weird, but fair enough. Where do you get the blood from though?

Chest/Upper rib area of bovine.
OP what the hell man?
Also, are you sure the blood didn't just clotted up? That's what would happen if you get an extreme (+40c) fever and no acute treatment, like literally a frozen cold shower. But a microwave man..
And can't you just feed the dog something along the lines of regular dog food?

Also I remember cooking up something bloody. I think it was kidneys. I cooked the pieces over and over until there was no blood. It was either gone or partially mixed up in the actual sauce with onions and shit. It was alright.
I would like to see video. Or pictures at least.

She gets it mixed with those strange pellet foods for dogs in large bags.
She doesn't live on JUST blood, she'd look like a corpse/greyhound.
Kidney chunks she already get as treats after doing good things.
Edit: You cook kidneys? Weirdo.
Nice try, Patrick Bateman.
Is your dog's name perhaps Audrey II?

No, I don't know who that is either.
It doesn't help that the pixelated dog in your avatar looks satanic

movie references
I first found this out when I started living alone, tried cooking a steak in the microwave rather than a pan.

It's not a picture of my dog.

How is it weird?

Not that I'm an excellent cook, because I'm not. But I hope it isn't the world's weirdest thing to do.
kidneys are eaten in a lot of places
I thought this was just some strange science experiment.
Things escalated extremely fast and now I'm uncomfortable.
this thread makes me uneasy.
This is the guy who wanted to make a hat out of a severed deer head to wear out in public. I'm starting to question his sanity.
