You could easily Google any slang you do not understand and will most likely see a definition in the results. But overclocked refers to the clock speed of a component being raised above the standard clock speed.

As for buying parts, I'm sure there was a list of sellers in a "building your PC" guide on here. No idea where that is though, I haven't seen it in ages.

Mobo is motherboard
GPU is Graphics Card
Overclocking is when you increase the speed of hardware over its default speed
The BIOS is a screen which you can access when you start up your computer to change things related to hardware. The BIOS is used for overclocking
POST is the screen when you first start up your computer which usually looks like a black screen with lots of text appearing, which shows stuff like hard drives being detected and how much ram is detected
BSOD stands for Blue Screen Of Death which refers to a blue error screen generated by Windows usually due to a hardware fault or serious virus issue
