• $500 - $700 CAD build to run Civ 6

Had to log into an alt account because it won't let me sign into my main one for some reason. Anyways, friend needs a computer for Netflix/movies etc. and also to literally just play any Civ game. They were looking at this: http://www.newegg.ca/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883230030&SortField=0&SummaryType=0&PageSize=10&SelectedRating=-1&VideoOnlyMark=False&ignorebbr=1&IsFeedbackTab=true#scrollFullInfo Nope. I'll just end up building one myself obviously, but I can't find my parts listings for my budget rigs so if anyone has some ideas I'd love to take a look. We'll probably be ordering them right away, like in the next few days. Just post a pcpartpicker markup or something.
Should run whatever he wants, runs cool and quiet with quality parts. Swap the 250gb SSD with a 120gb and a 1tb HDD if you think he needs the room, but if all he needs is a couple of civ games and normal programs it should be alright. I built a pc that came to around to $800 USD a couple of years ago (was on a budget but didn't want bare minimum shit) and all I ended up playing on it was Civ V
