I learned it was because of a virus, and I found out I had a virus and a worm. I try to used All kinds of anti virus programs, Anti Malware, Norton, Ad-Aware. I though Norton got rid of them for good last night. Things were fine this morning, till I started playing CSS and got the ping that's in the thread title. What is wrong with my computer?!
Norton
I think I know the problem. install an AV. Also are you sure it's not just your connection fucking up ?

Install MalawareBytes and run a full scan, afterwards install Microsoft Security Essentials and run a full scan.

Hijackthis.
Prove it
According to Microsoft level 2 technical support, MSE works only with the windows firewall. MSE does not work with third party firewalls. Main reason (for me). Firewall + AV = Protection Windows Firewall + MSE = Partial Protection (no outbound connections blocked) If you want to keep using MSE, I'm not stopping you.
It's ok, It's all taken care of now. Also Something was wrong with SV Host, but I Google'd that and fixed that too. The SV Host still comes up but not as often.
