Gigabit Network Connection driver not starting with boot

I've had this problem for a while now and have just been using a workaround but it's getting a bit frustrating.

When I start up my pc this driver..

..starts but with an error and doesn't function, disallowing me any sort of internet connection.

I have to go into my device manager, disable it then re-enable it again for it to work.

This only happens if my computer is shut down and then booted back up.
If the computer is already running and I restart the system with the 'restart' option then the driver starts normally.
It only seems to fail once the PC fully turns itself off.

Any ideas?
