Armada is a good game if you like 4X games, it's a bit basic and does not stand out among other games in the genre but it is still a good game. Although this game features battles that are reminiscent to Total War but they are rather bad. There is a big variety of races and the technology research system is refreshing.
It's a good game to play on your laptop when you long for a turnbased 4X game. 17 € seems a bit to much though, I got it on Greenmangaming for a few bucks.
