ECM 140-USB microphone help. Picks up everything I do.

So I recently bought an ECM 140-USB microphone, and it picks up my voice just great, my problem is that it also picks up me typing and clicking with my mousebutton.

Is there any sort of driver that would allow me to cut out that kind of stuff in real time? Thanks :)

Afraid not, you'd need a directional microphone for such.

Darn it. Well, I would pretty much just need that for Skype calls, should be able to do something about it in my audio editor. Thanks for the help :)

I'm obviously not blaming him, I'm just saying he's being a bit crude.

I don't know if this is a stupid suggestion or not, but couldn't you just make a cone out of paper and tape it around?

It's all right mate, no worries. It works just fine the only thing that really bothers me is that it picks up my typing :)

There's a hotkey setting for it, slightly mislabelled as 'toggle mute' iirc but works as ptt rather than a toggle
