• uninstall.exe and startup problems

Well I've been getting fucked in the ass pretty hardcore by some malware and shit, and I found uninstall.exe in c:/documents and settings/all users/start menu/programs/start up. -I've tried simply removing it, but it won't let me remove it saying it's in use. -If I go into safe mode to try and remove it, it isn't there. If I take it off the list of startup items, it puts itself back on as a duplicate(basically I've got like 3 uninstall.exes unchecked on the start up configuration in msconfig) -Spyware doctor detects it but doesn't remove it, even with the restart and shit. -Malwarebyte's doesn't detect it -S&D doesn't detect it. I've had uninstall.exe for a long time actually, at first I thought it was a false-positive(I'm not that tech savvy damn it.) but upon further research and experimentation, it isn't. On top of this, on start up none of my programs work. I get a fuck load of "something.exe has encountered an error and needs to close. We're sorry for this inconvenience" or however the fuck it goes, so I'm forced to using my father's computer because as a result of that I cannot connect to the internet. Some things do work, like spyware doctor. But most of the things I have on start up like my ATi catalyst control panel, bluetooth, etc. will not start up. I'm not sure if the two are related, but we can find out if someone here can maybe think of a method of removing uninstall.exe, I've tried many ways but it either just hides itself or clones itself, but I haven't really tried complex methods. I really need some help here guys, any kind of solution you can offer that you think will help that doesn't involve reformatting will be greatly appreciated. I'd like to avoid reformatting because there's a lot of irrecoverable crap on there and I will probably not remember to back it all up.
As what does spyware doctor detect it? What's the name of it? You could google the name of the virus.

Alright so I just found out that some things are starting, some things aren't, and the things that are starting it's just the tray icons that are crashing.
