This is a little odd. My 275 is getting 25-40ºF hotter than it was last week in the same game, setting, benchmark, idle, etc. Sometimes around 200F(96C) when gaming. I've
•Disassembled, cleaned(it was dust free already), and AS5'd the heatsink.
•Adjusted the fan speed (higher speed makes it hotter for some fucking retarded reason).
•Put it in a room a little cooler than the room I normally have it in (it hasn't gotten warmer in my room in the last week).
•made sure the heatsink lines up, the fan is connected, all the basic things.
and a few more things.
It happens under/over/stockclocked.
All the specs:

idr my mobo it's old and shitty
that case has about 9 fans with it sooooooo....
Antec Earthwatts EA650
WD 500GB 7200RPM
It just doesn't make any sense to me... It has proper contact with GPU|AS5|Heatsink, there is by no means too much on... Could it be something that would only be fixed by a replacement or fixing by EVGA?
And don't say it's the AS5. I'm not even going to explain what's wrong with that.
it's the AS5
but seriously what drivers are you using
Try lowering your clock to where it's suppose to be
Drivers? Ugh fuck let me check, don't have those set to auto-update or anything and I haven't updated in a month or two.
[editline]04:54PM[/editline]
Can't find the driver version, it's something like 195.12
[editline]04:56PM[/editline]
Fuck it I'll upgrade to 197.13 because they look a lot better.
Still about 30ºF hotter than it was 1.5 weeks ago
Have you installed anything since the 1.5weeks ago?
