What is the best video card I can use for my computer?

My computer is the Gateway SX2801-01e.
I need a fast and cheap low profile card (slim tower) that can fit into the computer and at least run GMod smoothly. I can run GMod pretty smooth but not when there's a bunch of stuff on the screen. I don't have an exact budget, but nothing that's over $70.
You have a few problems here.
The first and biggest problem is that the PSU is a piece of junk and barely has the wattage output needed to run the existing computer, let alone a discrete GPU.
Second, the CPU is really old and was weak to begin with. The E5500 only has an 800 MHz FSB, which will starve even lower end GPUs and cripple performance.
Lastly, that case looks like it has awful airflow through it, especially where the card bays are. You're going to have to worry about overheating unless you leave the case door off.
Here are two cards that might work, but with the power requirements, it's really dicey.
HD6570: $65

If it were up to me, I'd just save up for a newer machine, like a Trinity APU from AMD. You can get a quad core APU with an HD75xx, motherboard and RAM for just under $200. Add in a cheap case and a decent PSU and it would probably be around the $300 mark.
What is the card's power requirement? My comp has about 220Hz I think (or MHz, I'm not that great with hardware).
And how would I go about getting a better power unit? Do I just take it out and then put another one? Is there like a place where I can go to get people to do that kind of stuff?
EDIT: According to this site I'll need at least 400 :(
Just go to a computer store and they should be able to help you change the components. It might cost a few bucks though.
Can my computer's parts actually be changed though? Or is it like welded onto the case? LOL. I'm sorry I have absolutely no clue of what I am doing.
Yes, you can change them.
Alright, thanks a ton man.
Now to save up some money.
I suggest wait a bit for more insight from other people. Going to a computer store and asking them for part change and etc may lead to a over-kill bill especially with people who have minimal computer knowledge
In my Honest Opinion you maybe be able to get a mini ITX board into it and get an i3 processor (150? less maybe) and a 7750 low profile
I have no idea what that is. I also don't know anybody IRL that's good at changing computer parts. My dad might know but I'm not sure, and I still have to save up enough money anyways so it'll be a while before I can do any of this.
Could you tell me your possible budget total budget? (70 dollar is very very tight)

Power is measured in Watts not Hertz.
And your computer has a non-standard PSU, you likely won't be able to upgrade it.
