After serving me well for I actually don't know how long, I plugged in my Logitech headset only to get a Windows pop-up saying 'USB device not recognized'. Plugged it in my front ports, my monitor ports and the USB ports I've got at the back but to no avail.
Is it dying or something?
Is the cord messed up? Have you stretched it all or sat your chair leg on it? The wires inside might be messed up.

My chair doesn't have traditional legs, it has ball-like things under them. I'm guessing those things have done it in.
Oh well, off to the computer store tomorrow then.
I would make sure first. Look at the cord and see if you can see visible dents or marks in it that might have been from your chairs balls. ()
