Well one of my friends thinks I would look good with a piercing. He was suggesting a ball piercing right below my lower lip. He said its just a small silver little ball and apparently everyone is getting them. So how much would this cost and can someone post a pic of what they look like?
It'll probably run you about 60 bucks, depending on where you do it (guess, based on my ears).
But, it also looks stupid. So, take that into consideration.

yes piercings hurt, they stick a needle all the way through you

There's also the fact that some employers won't hire you with the holes/piercings in your face.

this too. really the only place I can think of that will hire you for anything other than minimum wage is The Hard Rock casino, and even then you would have an expensive hole in your face that makes you look like an idiot
If you're not a girl and are not getting your ears pierced, then please, save yourself a lot of trouble and don't.
Get it offset, where I live they cost about NZ$40.
After a few months you can take them out for work, or get a clear plastic retainer to stop it healing over.
