• Strange sound from PSU fan as it slows down/GPU whining noise

I've recently installed a Corsair TX650 V2 power supply into my system and I've been noticing about a week after I have installed it that it has been making an odd noise. Upon further inspection with the case cover off, the sound occurs as the fan starts to slow to a stop and is unnoticeable when it spins up. Audio for what I'm talking about: https://soundcloud.com/magicswap/psu-sound Also, a EVGA GTX 560 ti FPB that I also installed at the same time has a whine that disappears completely after the computer has been on for about 10 minutes. What I want to know is if it is normal or if I should RMA any of them.
Is this noise something that's very highpitched? Do you know if others can hear it?? I had an issue with my rig a few years ago where I started hearing this intermmitent high pitched (almost dog whistle-like) noise coming from my computer. As the days went on, this noise became more frequent, and more prolonged. It would then get louder and switch my computer off. Fault was evenutually found: Faulty PSU.
It's not high-pitched. It's kind of medium-pitched sound. And yes, others can hear it.
Sounds like some fan bearing is going bad.
