Didn't the MK2 MK3 costumes come as free DLC to the consoles aswell?
I remember getting the Cyrax one. I see no reason why they shouldn't be on the PC.

All the MK1 ninjas had MK1 outfits (and Ermac), the ninjas introduced in MK2 had MK2 outfits, and the cyber ninjas, female ninjas, and sub-zero had MK3 outfits.

In the Vita version, ALL ninjas got MK1-3 outfits (except the females, only MK2 and 3)
And the Vita version had alts for the DLC's (except Freddy)

The easiest way to kill Shao Khan is to just keep backing away from him until he does his taunt or laugh then just uppercut him, rinse and repeat

Nah, he wasn't that bad; as raiden had a 4 hit bounce juggle that could be chained to the torpedo for about 12-17%. The trouble was avoiding the xray, if you could do that, you'd be golden.
