Need a new graphics card which is at least 10x better than my Radeon HD2400

Hi,
I've recently got into HD video editing, and my crappy old graphics card just doesn't cut it anymore. I'm pretty sure the graphics card is the problem since I've got 3GB DDR2 RAM and a 2.0GHz Core 2 Duo (crap, yes, but not nearly as bad as the GPU).
My budget is £50 but would prefer anything which is really good value for money below that. I'm looking for something about 10x better than the HD2400, but if there is something not quite that good but which is very good value for money then that's fine.
Thanks
When it comes to HD video editing, I would take a closer look at your CPU first, then the GPU (and the PSU for that matter).
10 HD2400's
I'd upgrade the CPU instead of the GPU, since video rendering is more the CPU's job. If you still want to upgrade it anyways a cheap Radeon HD 5450 ($40) will do (or if you actually want 10x better look into a HD 5570 or better), but first get a Core 2 Quad or a faster Core 2 Duo (depending on what your motherboard supports).
Also, the HD 2400 has a PCI bus AFAIK. Check to make sure your motherboard even has a PCI-Express x16 slot. (It'd be helpful if you posted what mobo you have).
PSU? Speccy?
