Okay so my little HP Mini artifacts whilst playing Freelancer or Halo, never in CSS or Minecraft.

1GB ddr3 667
Intel GMA 3150
Windows 7 Starter
Checked temps and HW wont read it, but speed fan reports 60-70C whilst playing
Netbooks aren't designed for gaming, and Intel GMA GPUs are awful, it's no surprise you're having problems. 70C is pretty hot, which could be your problem, or just the awful GMA 3150.
Oh well, i'll have to get over it.
