In the past weeks I've been feeling really stressed out. And I don't know why I'm feeling stressed out. And because of being so stressed out.
Do you guys have any tips to prevent getting stressed?
When I think about it, I've gotten more colds than usual under the time I've been feeling stressed which Is a sympton of being stressed out.
Masturbate.
are you sure there's nothing that could be stressing you out? family/school/work/friend issues that you aren't conscious of maybe?

But when I'm out with friends I don't feel stressed out. It might be that I've some anguish over that I've been on my computer too much. I've no idea, but It did start in the middle of the summer and I didn't do much under that half except from being on my computer.

Perhaps you could go outside and take a walk? That could help clear your mind.

That sounds like a good place to start. Maybe spending more time with friends rather than being on the computer could help you. Or even just taking more frequent breaks from the computer

The sad part is that I don't do anything "fun" on the computer, I'm just on the computer to make the time fly by faster. I got two hobbies and it's scripting/programming and basketball. Buts always shitty weather or the basketball court is taken. And I do ofcourse hang out with my friend but not as frequently as I did before but is most because
1. I think have somewhat of social anxiety. Not like that I am not able to talk to people. But I feel that people judge every move I make which makes me not wanting to go out as I need to be so careful of every move I make
2. Is that all my other friends lives far from me. Which sucks. I did have two friends that lived near me but one moved out. And I'm not hanging out with my other friend that lives near me because of reason number 1 (social anxiety)

1. I think I also have somewhat of social anxiety. Not like that I am not able to talk to people. But I feel that people judge every move I make which makes me not wanting to go out as I need to be so careful of every move I make
2. We were a group of three but the other one moved so we just go around and do mostly nothing

It sounds like it could also be boredom then. And maybe google some tips for social anxiety if you suspect that it might be a problem as well

But I feel like the stress comes from that I've not done much at all and just let days go without doing/accomplishing something and the worse part is that I don't know what I can do or try to accomplish under the day.
Next time you have some spare time get out and do something fun, go to a rave go clubbing, let your hair down. Guaranteed you will be refreshed :)
