Is there anything wrong with this parts list, or anything I could save money on? (OCable sub-£700 bu

As I said in the title; I'm looking to put together a rig for under 700 GBP that I'm able to run recent games pretty well (not totally maxed out, but maybe on High or so) and render videos more efficiently (I.E - not 5:1 render time :v:) that I'm also able to overclock comfortably (probably to 4.0ghz or so).
So far I have this, bear in mind I've been flipflopping around with allsorts of things; mostly the video card and my storage options.

I don't know exactly if there's anything I can do to bring the price down any lower; I think the PSU may be a little overboard but I'm unsure of which brands are worth getting or not besides Corsair, maybe a 550w PSU would fit my needs?
I'm not at all sure, anyone got anything to add to this, or just feel like calling me a cunt?
If you don't plan on overclocking to the moon, you could probably get by with a 450W unit.
XMS3 has an operating voltage of 1.65. The operating voltage for Intel processors is 1.5V. Corsair Vengeance is a good similarly priced choice. I'd like to add I just recently bought that very same video card, and it arrived today. It's pretty fantastic so far, runs very cool, and gets great performance. The 600 Watt PSU should do fine, but a 550 Watt would work (unless you want to crossfire in which case, get the 600 watt, and make sure it has at least 4 6 pin power connectors.).

Well, the video card has a requirement of 500W and I'm not sure how lenient you can be with this (if at all) so I figured I'd get this one since it's above the requirement and still from a good quality manufacturer from what I've seen. Plus it has the benefit of being fully modular over the semi-modular Corsair one I had chosen before.
Also I'd been checking the voltage of the ram for a while before, I made sure to choose the 1.5v version of XMS3 over the 1.65 one since that's how partpicker seems to label them.

The video card does not have a requirement of 500 watts. The video card uses about 176 watts. That "requirement" is an estimate of total TDP in a full build with a little bit added on to it. The PSU "requirements" are ignorable. Just pay attention to the TDP of the video card, and of the rest of the build (which pcpartpicker gives you).
Why not a 4670k?

Isn't the 4670k Haswell? I wanted to keep the cost of it below £700 and I dunno how much the 4670k + plus an 1150 motherboard like the one I have right now would cost; probably enough to go over my budget.

It's about 20-30 USD more, but prices vary. It's just a simple upgrade for a bit more performance (and newer products for better resale value, when it comes time to upgrade). It's worth it in my opinion, but it's up to you (also most z77 motherboards have z87 counterparts).
