Can someone who speaks Portuguese tell me what this song is saying?

Exactly as the title says, I downloaded an OST from a show and one of the songs, which shares the same name as the OST, is in Portuguese and I am curious as to what it's saying. I google'd but couldn't find any lyrics for the song.

The title is "Quebra Cabeca" which I translated to mean puzzle. But that's as far as I got on my own. It seems the song is just repeating that plus a few extra words. Just really curious is all.

Also hes joking around with "quebra" and "cabeça", quebra means = break and cabeça = Head

So literally translating, hes saying "shake your head"
