Problem has been persistent for weeks, ive cleared everything and rebooted everything, I even manually reset my IP. Any help wil be greatly appreciated.

Download an extension called Cache Killer if you're on Chrome. Enable it, go to Facepunch.com, see if it works and then disable it. I had very weird issues myself with routing the other day and it seemed to be that Chrome had cached any page of that domain to redirect to some default website domain page.
