Damn, I accidently put it in user instead of username.
Put it in my username, no shortcuts, even manually.
Should I restart?

You know in Vista you can just right click the folder (any of the special folders) go to 'Properties' go to the location tab and restore its original location right?

Try a system restore.

It does, very handy for moving special folders to another partition / drive without making a junction.
