So I got a hold of a very "meh" laptop (for free)... Are there any decent games you guys have in mind that I could run on this "gem"?
Get Darkstone for the PC. It's a little-known but fun Diablo-like, and if you're really interested, try getting The Avenger mod for it.

Any good RPGs that don't require much mouse use? I gotta mouse I could steal, but I won't be able to use it a lot; using the regular built-in pad mostly.
Bar Giana Sisters (haven't tried it yet) most of those should work—they're what I have for my own laptop to pass the time when I'm on campus. I have 4 gigs of RAM and the AMD-7640g which is slightly stronger than your rig, but many should still work.
You could try the Geneforge and Avernum series.
this laptop ain't that bad, mine has same configs and i can run games up to 2012 fine on min configs
brutal doom seriously that shit would gets you over 200 FPS with that laptop also install shitton of mods
Half-Life, Deus Ex, etc.
Half-Life, Deus Ex, etc.
yeah except deus ex needs some fuckery or else the game will run too fast

NetHack or Dwarf Fortress will do.

Risk of rain Bit.trip runner 1/2 super hexagon Old racing games (midnight club 2, nfs underground) The walking dead (not sure though) Bastion Binding of Isaac Braid Costume quest FTL (use pause alot if you don't have a mouse) Gemini Rue Limbo Lone survivor Super Meat boy Sid Meier pirates Sid Meier Civilizations (5 should run on your specs I think) Dwarf Fortress Uplink Tales of monkey island (any point and click really) alot of games from GoG (old rpgs like fallout) Some that I can think of right now, also plants vs zombies is free on origin right now.
Currently on a laptop with a 2ghz dual-core, 2GB RAM, and an Intel 4500MHD. Quake 4, San Andreas, and Just Cause don't run too well, but are playable. You should be able to emulate any older systems (pre-N64) just fine.

There's a demo, so you can see if you can do alright with a mousepad. It's more difficult, but a hell of a lot more satisfying imo.
a SNES emulator (I use SNES9x) and some of the classics. The obvious games are Super Mario World and Super Metroid, but there's other good games like Star Fox, Chrono Trigger, Super Chase HQ, Gradius 3, and Raiden. You need a mouse for none of them and any PC that isn't a multiple decade old pile of shit will run them perfectly fine.
87C? holy fuck how does that thing work without melting and i thought my cpu reaching 61 was bad
Super Hexagon and Oddworld: Abes Oddysee. Both are very low spec, fun (or at least I find them fun), and require no mouse input. Also they're cheap and can both be bought for under £5.

Before you even think about playing a game on that, I'd consider investigating why your temperatures are so dangerously high. That's pretty crazy especially if that's on idle.
Brutal Doom Net hack Dwarf Fortress Diablo II Age of Empires II
