Well if it isn't ridiculously hard to get a pass..
Too bad the floor is becoming extremely boring. And overly crowded due to the booths for every TV show.

I would never want to go but I find it's quite nice to find out more info about the next season of your favorite show (Dolarhyde and Lady Murasaki being introduced next season? Aw, yes!)
One of my family friends that I've known since I was born has a condo right off the beach. He walks around the area and takes pictures of everyone, and participates in all the stuff they have set up. He got tickets once, and says that just hanging out around the area was more fun. He invited me next year! He says if I can get tickets, go ahead and buy them, but if not we can just walk around the area.

I used to go to Comic-Con yearly until they switched to the account registration bullshit. But even then I still want to go back.

But every time I've walked by one of the booths, nothing but trailers are playing and people hanging out on the top level of the booths doing nothing.
There isn't really any exclusive info given out at these booths. Just a large, sometimes two leveled booth and maybe first reveal of trailers that will be recorded and thrown on youtube in an hour.
I just feel like they're a waste of space, but I also realized a lot of the Con's show floor is almost identical to the year before. Maybe new games, books, or movies. But most of the independent artists or dealers have the same crap with very few new additions. Some of the booths I visited a few years ago had the same selection they had the first time I visited them.
