So you hold your breath and start flying. You go to take a deep breath and stop flying and either grate your body like cheese on the pavement at 30mph or fall to your death.

Plus, if you have to hold your breath, if you flew too high the pressure differences would give you the bends. It wouldn't be like in a plane with a pressurized cabin. Plus its cold in the air.

Because as OP stated, the power only affects you as long as you hold your breath.
Being ultra-stronk while holding your breath seems much more useful to me than being invisible for like 30 seconds.
