Ah, Burnout and its visceral exciting crashes...
Great game, fantastic PC port, buy this Controller or joystick is recommended though
A fantastic game, but I won't be buying it, because I have it on Origin for free thanks to EA and their many screw ups in pricing.
This game's the fuckin' shit
Racing games doesn't get better than this. Yupp, it's repetive and you're forced slow-mo takes whenever you crash, but you'll still love the shit out of it. It's fast, fun, brutal, has lots of "secrets" and you can do everything at your own pace.
Don't forget the multiplayer.
Never played it multiplayer. Didn't even know it had it. Or maybe I did try to play it online but there was no one there, ever. At least not back then. I guess this sale will boost the activity for some days.
It doesn't get any better with this, and it's fun online with friends.
More games need to use advanced crashing physics like in this game. Seriously.
All of my money goes to Steam... [sub][sub][sub]In little $5 - $10 increments.[/sub][/sub][/sub]
Am i the onlyone who dident like this game at all? I mean i loved the old burnout games thought.
Holy shit I never knew this was on PC!?!?! edit: bought it
This, DiRT 3, and Nitronic Rush are some of the best current PC racers.
I wish it had the addons that the consoles got like the hover car or toy cars.
Been waiting for this to go on sale for quite some time. :v: Awesome.
Am i the onlyone who dident like this game at all? I mean i loved the old burnout games thought.
Burnout 3 will always be my favorite. The main thing I disliked about Paradise was the lack of split-screen multiplayer. That was what got me into the series.
I wish the multiplayer servers were still up. They seem to have shut them down last year without warning.
the one time I dont have money
This, DiRT 3, and Nitronic Rush are some of the best current PC racers.
GRID is good too, though I heard there were no more MP because they shut down the servers
I wish it had the addons that the consoles got like the hover car or toy cars.
The hover car from the legendary pack and such were available for PC, but the store was shutdown. "Hi SnarKs, thanks for writing in. Unfortunately the Burnout Paradise Store is no longer available on PC. Apologies, Criterion Games"
Burnout is an excellent series, and Paradise is no exception.
Too bad they never ported the console dlc to pc
Wait, since when was this on steam? Anyway, let's all get together and do some fp mp racing. This game is great fun.
Oh my fucking god someone host one of these now
Burnout 3 will always be my favorite. The main thing I disliked about Paradise was the lack of split-screen multiplayer. That was what got me into the series.
I loved playing Burnout 3 online with the original Xbox. Then they shut down Xbox Live....
Am i the onlyone who dident like this game at all? I mean i loved the old burnout games thought.
Burnout 3 best Burnout. I agree though I thought it was hugely uninteresting even for free.
Wait, since when was this on steam? Anyway, let's all get together and do some fp mp racing. This game is great fun.
You can't. They took down the servers last year.
So I go to check my current balance in my bank account. Current balance: 4.47 :suicide:
Hamachi/Tunngle won't work because AFAIK there is no lan multiplayer.
You can't. They took down the servers last year.
I have played it pretty recently with friends on multiplayer. Plus I can't find any announcements that it did shut down...
