• Problem with Circuit Wizard

So, I've been working on a PCB diagram with Circuit Wizard and I've just started trying to route all the components together in the PCB layout. Now, although the program does let me route them, it keeps telling me 'one or more pads are not aligned with the specified routing grid. Do you want to continue?' I always click yes, but still, what the fuck is that supposed to mean? I've been googling for half a day now and I'm still no closer to finding out what a routing grid is, never mind what the hell a 'specified routing grid' is. As you can probably tell, I am very new to all this, so try to keep the language simple.
It's just like it sounds. Your component terminals don't align with the grid, or grid is not set for the pitch on the terminals for your components. You'd ideally want the pitch of the component leads to be a multiple of the grid spacing width so that the leads fall exactly on the grid lines. Of course, the lead pitch is fixed, and depends completely on the package properties of your components, so you should set the grid spacing to something that works with them.
