huh. I was really considering buying a Vive a few days ago, so it's kinda neat that this is slated for November 6th.

I wonder what the performance is like with the higher resolution. Anything under a 1080 already struggles at the Vive/Oculus resolution in some games.

Hopefully Samsung sells the panel to other HMD manufacturers, since I'd prefer to see a Vive 1.5 with a higher res screen, but with the same state-of-the-art tracking.
