• Sound System Glitchy and BSOD Appears Sometimes When Plugging in an Output Device

A few weeks, I made a video of me reading the Doom comic. Unfortunately, my yelling like a professional wrestler into my laptop's built in microphone actually caused the sound on my computer to act a bit weird. For a few hours after the recording, all sound on my computer came out fuzzy, and after it stopped, every once in a while, it would come out fuzzy again. The problem seems to be less and less frequent, and I haven't plugged in headphones for about a week in fear of causing permanent damage. I honestly have no idea what to do since laptops can be a problem when taking them apart. I can still listen to music, but if I listen to music with the speakers up too high for a long period of time, the sound gets fuzzy again.
Maybe you got spit into the mic/ or headphone port if you were yelling.

Don't think you can replace the ports but if you got a can of compressed air, you could probably spray it out. Give it a shot.

I wasn't using them when the problem appeared.
