I recently bought a Core i5-750, new DDR3 memory, and a new motherboard and my computer won't start. My brother thinks it's because my PSU doesn't have a 6+2-pin cord. I was wondering if there's any possible way around this, or will I just have to come up with more money for a new power supply?
Edit: For some reason, even though a light indicating a CPU problem was on, the problem was with the slots the memory was in.
