Aww screw that!, I'd love to get one of those Iron Patriot figures with the game but seeing walmart is US only that's out of the picture.
I hate those store based pre-order bonuses, all the frequently used stores aren't present in my country.

It's confirmed for PC and the previous lego game (LOTR) is a steam game so It has a big chance.

Just get it on bricklink, it's not like demand for it will be high in the LEGO community.

No, it'll be on Disney's own online distribution service (that is attempting to compete with steam) or it'll be sold in shops. It was the same with Lego Pirates of the Caribbean.
Does someone know if they finally include online coop?
