Computer just randomly shutting down.

I don’t know why, but for the past two weeks or so my computer has just randomly been shutting down. I don’t have any viruses or nothing. I’ll just be doing something and BAM, it shuts off all the way, I mean in like half a second just BAM. Please help.

Processor is a AMD Athlon 64x2 2.3GHz
I have 3g of RAM, will be upgrading to 4 soon.
Operating system is Vista Home Premium, 32 Bit
