Don't delete rundll32.exe. It'll fuck up windows to where you can't use it anymore.

It's normal, there should be one instance per DLL running.
is this normal too?

i mean, the size should be like 70 kb
im bitching because when i run a game, it wont load so i run it again.
Once i checked the processes and saw the very same 2 processes (the game) and a run32dll.exe
closed the dll and one of the 2 game process closed too.
Because those DLL's were required for the operation of the game?
It is possible to delete rundll32.exe, but it involves trickery and WILL screw up your OS up.
The system won't let you remove it as a protection from computer illiterate people like you.
Edit:
The size shouldn't be a concern as it can vary between updates of the system and version of the system. On my copy of Windows XP home edition SP3 the rundll32.exe is 32,5 kilobytes.

did you read that the games wont launch untill the second try, and that when i close run32dll the second process doesnt close? jsut the first one that didnt do anything?
i may have asked the wrong question, could it be infected or something? checked a copy of it on my pc and it doesnt have that icon
If you're so damn sure that something isn't normal, how about you boot into safemode and do a scan with Malwarebytes?

It's because of the fact that the game might not be compatible with your version of Windows fully or it was poorly programmed.

all of the games...from max payne to deus ex human revolution?
If your game is not working it's probably your fault, don't go around deleting dll files / system executables unless you REALLY know what you're doing which you clearly don't if you're trying to get rid of rundll32.
Here's what you should do:
1. Take your computer to the computer service shop or someone who knows what they're doing.
2. Problem solved
well i found something here

Run a virus scan with a virus scanner like Avast.
Chances are however it is something else causing the problem.
please do this op and stop making a fool out of yourself.
ok
Boot into safemode and shift+delete the file, this will solve your problem and you won't need to make another post.

i already found the solution, thanks, no need to be a jerk.
Oh wow, why would you delete such a thing. It doesn't matter if the size isn't exact or anything. Might as well delete System32.
