I could see real estate doing that, would be really good if you were interested in a house or an apartment but couldn't make it to any of the open days, perhaps with little pins or something where you can click on it for more information

especially if it gave you directions to stores, trying to navigate some are just hell

They DO do that, in the UK anyway. Lots of business around my work have had it done. Google come and do it for free if you request it. My work had it offered, but we told them we'd like it later.
